ADVERTISING/ONLINE DESIGN MANAGER
We are looking for a phenomenal designer and leader to join our crew. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director to spearhead advertising design efforts of Stampin’ Up! for both print and online. You will lead and mentor a talented team of designers in creating websites, magazines, and marketing pieces that are seen around the globe. 
 
SR GRAPHIC DESIGNER, CATALOG/EVENTS DESIGN
Here you’ll produce a variety of design projects relating to events and printed catalogs, as well as create materials that are consistent with the company brand and that market events and products effectively and creatively.
  

RETURNS PROCESSOR
Pick and ship orders for donated Stampin’ Up! products, process returned package information from multiple mailing services so product may be put back into inventory, and repair defective products from the pick lines. Work closely with resolution team to make sure all corrections information is entered into the system for proper processing.

DS AGENT
Perform customer service for inbound calls from demonstrators including order entry, order corrections, and questions regarding programs and policies. Ensure demonstrators are receiving accurate and efficient service through effective research, problem solving, and coaching.  This is a part time position, Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-7:00 PM.

FORECASTING ANALYST
Performs sales forecasting and activities for assigned product families within the assigned market. Works with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other teams to create demand plans and improve their accuracy. Full responsibility for keeping service levels high and obsolescence low in the assigned market. Function as a member of the Supply Chain Management Team.
  
BUSINESS SUPPORT AGENT
Provide high level of direct support to an assigned group of top performing and other assigned demon­stra­tors to provide them with the tools needed to succeed in managing their business and maximizing the comp­ensa­tion plan. Build a relationship of trust and confidence with demonstrator business leaders. Provide knowledge­able and timely support to demonstrators via phone, e-mail, chat and proactive outbound initiatives. Must be able to perform all DS Agent responsibilities and duties. Provide back-up support to Supervisors and team members via department Resource Line. Monitor and respond to department social media initiatives.
