Keep building clean and sanitary by scouring, scrubbing, mopping, and polishing, using various tools, equipment, and cleaning materials.

Manage demonstrator support training function to effectively develop, implement and conduct training for all levels of department employees using both effective classroom and non-classroom methods; analyze effectiveness of training as needed for enhanced performance and improved results toward department and company goals. Lead the communication effort in demonstrator support ensuring consistency, timeliness and accuracy of information. Lead the compliance team in providing consistent responses, ensuring clear and effective policy is developed, documented, communicated and enforced by the company. Oversee support functions in DS to ensure operations can be efficient, effective, and productive.

Maintains facilities infrastructure, electrical, and mechanical systems and equipment.

Create and coordinate scheduling of demonstrator support employees to ensure service levels are obtained and key objectives are met. Generate forecasts of department workflow and key employee statistics for each functional area. Support the management team by providing ongoing reporting and performance metrics across the entire department. Assist the department in meeting company goals through recommendations and strategic planning derived from analysis of contact, sales, recruiting, and order information. Partner with IT to maintain and manage phone system and identify enhancement opportunities based on business needs.

Develop material that effectively communicates information to internal and external audiences. Manage communication projects from inception to delivery.
