I have been meaning to write for a while now and to let you know how NOT satisfied a lot of us have been with the choice of stamps, etc.! Even the young people I know have not been willing to buy much because the products are not appealing. In 2012, between my family and I, purchased more than $1,000 of stamps and products ... now I buy mostly from Ebay and the older stamps. I wish somehow you would ask some of "us", who are out here buying from our demonstrators, what we like! I am always excited when a new catalog is coming out, but the past 2 catalogs have been very disappointing. I pray you all do better! Thanks for listening to me.

What a stupid stupid stupid video. WHY IN THE WORLD AREN'T YOU PAYING ATTENTION AND REALIZE YOU NEED TO MAKE THE ROUNDED TAB PUNCH A PERMANENT ITEM FOR SALE BY YOUR MONEY-GRUBBING COMPANY???? THIS ITEM IS BEING SCALPED FOR MORE THAN $80 ON MANY SITES. WHY DON'T YOU WAKE UP AND FULFILL YOUR CONSUMERS' DESIRES?
