1. Fold dotted Designer Series paper at upper right corner, and adhere to Chocolate Chip card. Adhere flowers Designer Series paper to bottom of card and Chocolate Chip scratched Designer Series paper to card.
2. Fold Cream grosgrain ribbon, and slide behind folded portion of dotted Designer Series paper. Attach Bashful Blue brad through all layers of card and ribbon.
3. Stamp three flowers image in Bashful Blue and So Saffron ink on Very Vanilla card stock. Attach Bashful Blue and So Saffron brads to centres of flowers.
4. Create scallop on Bashful Blue card stock using Slit punch, and adhere to top and bottom of Very Vanilla card stock. Adhere to card.
5. Stamp dotted diamond image in Chocolate Chip ink on Chocolate Chip card stock. Punch flower images from card stock using Spring Bouquet Flower punch.
6. Stamp friend image in Bashful Blue ink on Very Vanilla card stock. Cut out word, and punch hole in one end using 1/16" Circle punch to create tag. Tie tag to Chocolate Chip card stock using linen thread. Adhere to card.
